New Mixed Methods Opportunity for HELI Alum Dr. Charles Rogers!

We are pleased to congratulate HELI 2016 alum Charles Rogers, PhD, on his acceptance to the fourth cohort of Scholars of the Mixed Methods Research Training Program for the Health Sciences at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, MD!

Dr. Rogers is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine & Community Health and a Researcher with the Program in Health Disparities Research at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He is a behavioral scientist and his research agenda contributes to translational solutions that address the complex underpinnings of inequalities in colorectal cancer prevention and control among African American and other underserved men.

Dr. Rogers is one of 14 investigators selected nationally for the mixed methods retreat and he will spend three days in Baltimore this June. The selected investigators represent diverse interests in the health sciences and include individuals representing underrepresented minorities. Learn more about this training program at Hopkins.
