The UW-Madison Kinesiology Department in collaboration with the Departments of Counselling Psychology and Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education are launching a new undergraduate degree program in Health Promotion and Health Equity. They are seeking an individual with a strong commitment to the role of physical activity in promoting health and well-being in diverse communities and are interested in applicants who are committed to multidisciplinary and transdiciplinary research and teaching.
The University of Wisconsin has a strong commitment to increasing the diversity of our faculty and student body. The Department of Kinesiology is in the School of Education and many faculty also hold joint appointments in the School of Medicine and Public Health.
