Chair, UW Madison Department of Population Health Sciences Announcement

CCHE would like to alert you to the search for a new Chair of the Department of Population Health Sciences (PHS) within the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

The search and screen committee is seeking excellent candidates for this key leadership position.
The Department has 25 full and part-time faculty members, as well as 201 staff and 106 volunteers. They provide nationally renowned research and educational programs with the goal of understanding, preserving and improving the health of populations and individuals.

The Committee seeks a proven leader with an outstanding academic background, strong research credentials, demonstrated commitment to education, experience in mentoring faculty at all levels, and effective management skills.  The Chair will be expected to play major leadership roles within the SMPH and to facilitate growing collaborations with our academic health system (UW Health) and across the UW-Madison campus.
