The Department of Behavioral and Community Health in the School of Public Health, University of Maryland, College Park, invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position. Candidates must have theoretical and methodological skills, and research experience related to improving health at the behavioral, interpersonal, and/or community level. A successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain a nationally-recognized and externally-funded program of original research and teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students. Maryland has a young and growing School of Public Health with a strong commitment to health equity. The expected start date for this position is Fall 2017.
