CCHE Director Dr. Alex Adams would like to share a great leadership training opportunity taking place June 4-7, 2015 with our HELI alum ~
Calling leaders in local government, communities, or social activism:
The Institute for Zen Leadership invites you to CitiZen, June 4-7, 2015. Rebecca Ryan, founder of Next Generation Consulting, and strategist to cities across America joins Zen master and leadership expert, Ginny Whitelaw, in this powerful program that will help you reframe the challenges you face in community leadership and resource yourself to face them. We have a few open slots in the program; perhaps one is for you.
It may not surprise you that Zen can bring you peace deeper than the ocean. But you may be surprised at how it can power your leadership, working with mind-and-body-as one. This program will bring you into a resourceful community of leaders, guided by Ryan’s insight into how to make cities more livable, and Whitelaw’s “flips” from The Zen Leader to move from barely managing to leading fearlessly, from coping to creating the future. Come with a challenge, and you’ll leave with insight and practices for getting on top of it.
Who: Leaders in local government, community outreach or social activism. If that’s not you, yet you know someone who would be right for this program, please feel free to forward.
