The Center would like to congratulate CCHE team member Dr. Cynthia Haq on earning the inaugural Community Impact Award, presented by the Medical Society of Milwaukee County (MSMC)!
Dr. Haq is a professor of Family Medicine and Population Health Science in UW-SMPH, is the Community-Engaged Research & Education Coordinator for CCHE in Milwaukee, directs the Training in Urban Medicine and Public Health (TRIUMPH) program in Milwaukee, and works with centers such as Walnut Way, Center for Urban Population Health, and the Lifecourse Initiative for Healthy Families.
